For Bullish Trades (Bull Put Spreads):

Sell put strike price below current stock price and buy put strike price with $1 max lost for 1-2 weeks trade or $2-$2.5 max lost for 3-5 weeks trade (stop loss) below the sell put strike price.

Sell Put Spreads or Sell Call Spreads (Credit Spreads)

Make sure checking RSI 14, Stochastic 80, 20, 14, 3 , MACD 12, 26, 9 EMA and linear reg channel 50/100 indicators for bullish trends or bearish trends. At least 3 of 4 indicators favouring the trades to enter. This is a vertical spreads with the same expiry date.

For Bearish Trades:

Sell call strike price above current stock price and buy call strike price with $1 max lost for 1-2 weeks trade or $2-$2.5 max lost for 3-5 weeks trade (stop loss) above the sell call strike price.

Conclusion, max loss is $165 and max profit is only $85. Very poor risks and rewards ratio, what do you think?

Long Iron Condor (Inverse Iron Condor) Debit Strategy Makes Money Both Ways

Anticipate the higher high and lower low with the same expiry date. Sell Call at the higher high price and Sell Put at the lower low price.

Second step, Buy Call below the Sell Call strike price which is above the current price and Buy Put above the Sell Put strike price which is below the current price.

When the market is going sideway, you will lose money. The only time when you make money both ways is when the market price goes above your Buy Call and/or Sell Call strike prices + below your Buy Put and/or Sell Put strike prices.

This strategy is good to be deployed in the short expiry date time frame however this strategy can cost more with more return of investment as well when deploy it successfully.

Inverse Iron Condor – The opposite of a iron condor, and similar to a short iron butterfly, but with a wider unprofitable range and better potential profit.
If volatility increases, your chance of profit will increase as well. Time is harmful when the position is unprofitable, but helpful once it becomes profitable.

Conclusion, max loss is only $280 and max profit is $720 USD. Good or not good?

Bearish Long PUT Strategy with Credit Spreads

The is a vertical PUT spreads strategy (credit spreads) with the same expiry date.

Bearish long put strategy is not applicable when sideway trend market. It is very good to apply when the market is down trend so instead of doing a naked buy put position to cater for downtrend, we can also earn premium by selling put.

Must consider the maximum price of BTC can go in general when bearish is happening, Sell Put at the higher strike price where you think the maximum price of BTC. Sell put when IV is low.

Well, Buy Put (IV is high) at a lower strike price with 2 lots whereby the total cost must be less than the premium collected from the Sell Put just now. As the result, when the price goes up, we can still collect and earn from the outstanding premium amount.

When the price come down to zero, DGM can earn from the buy put position before the expiry date. The risk and reward ratio is the greatest because when the price is up we earn from the premium but when the price is down we earn from the bearish market.

Conclusion, max loss is $374 and the max profit is $626. Well…..What do you think? I think it is fine with 1 to 2 Risks and Rewards ratio.

This indicator does not try to time the perfect bottom in price. Rather it shows periods where Bitcoin mining rigs are being turned off due to the challenging market conditions, causing drops in hash rates. These can often be areas of macro bottoms in Bitcoin price.

For a strategic long-term Bitcoin investor, these periods can be favorable times to accumulate Bitcoin and therefore present a buying opportunity.
