即使售後也順利處理,但你又得面對滯銷品、貨損和臨期品的處理,沒有選擇,你只能丟掉它們,這完全是必然且無法避免的損耗。

經過這一關又一關,如果還有剩下的,就是你的利潤。

而有經驗的創業者都知道,我還少說了很多過程,比如政商關係、法務、財務、稅務……每個都夠你頭疼的。

而交易呢?低買高賣,或者高賣低買,多簡單。

不過,這簡單,只是流程上的簡單,不需要倉儲、物流、管理、售後等,而絕非難度意義上的那個簡單。

也就是說,交易,在流程上看,是很簡單的,點一下買入,再點一下賣出就好,但最終真的實現低買高賣的,卻寥寥無幾,因為從難易的意義上來說,它一點也不簡單。

在按一個買,和按一個賣之間,需要大量的學習、研判、分析、復盤、計劃。
